The Harris County Flood Control District is continuing to actively monitor impacts to bayous and streams from what is now Tropical Storm Nicholas. Rainfall amounts overnight have averaged less than 2.0 inches over northwest Harris County to us much as 5.0-6.0 inches over Clear Creek in the southern portions of the county.
