Clear Creek Federal Flood Risk Management Project

The Harris County Flood Control District (District) is requesting a statement of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified teams interested in providing Owner’s Advisor (OA) Professional Services for the design-build (DB) procurement and construction of the Clear Creek Federal Flood Risk Management Project.

The District’s schedule is as follows:

  • July 25, 2019: RFQ is issued by the District
  • July 31, 2019 at 1:00 PM: Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting at the District Office (9900 Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77092)
  • August 2, 2019 at 2:00 PM: Deadline for submitting questions.
  • August 6, 2019 at 9:00 AM: The District will issue a response to all questions
  • August 9, 2019 at 5:00 PM: Deadline for submitting SOQ
  • August 12-13, 2019: The District will review submittals and shortlist up to three (3) firms for presentations
  • August 14, 2019 at 9:00 AM: The District will notify up to three (3) firms for presentations
  • August 19, 2019 from 9:00 AM to noon: Presentations from up to three (3) firms
  • August 27, 2019: Selected firm presented to Harris County Commissioners Court for authorization to negotiate
