Proposed project that will be included in an application for CDBG-MIT program funding

In an effort to keep you informed about the Harris County Flood Control District’s activity in the Carpenters Bayou watershed, we invite you to learn more about a proposed project that will be included in an application for CDBG-MIT program funding.

The Harris County Flood Control District is conducting a planning project in the Carpenters Bayou watershed. The Flood Control District is analyzing current conditions to identify and propose efficient and cost-effective projects aimed to reduce the risk of flooding. One proposed project has been preliminarily identified and will be included in an upcoming application for CDBG-MIT program funding.

The Flood Control District invites you to participate in a virtual information session on Monday, October 5 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
